Project Summary

The Hope Connecting Seminole County Project will strengthen and expand Substance Use Disorder/Opioid Use Disorder (SUD/OUD) prevention, treatment, and recovery services in Seminole County, Oklahoma. In partnership with the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, Seminole Public Schools, the City of Seminole, the City of Wewoka, and the Seminole County House of Hope. Gateway to Prevention and Recovery will lead the effort to link together existing resources while increasing the availability of additional resources in this high-need, underserved area, resulting in reduced morbidity and mortality associated with SUD/OUD in Seminole County.
