The Project THRIVe: Treatment, Health services, and Recovery through Integrated care in Vance and Granville Counties will establish new behavioral health prevention, treatment, and recovery services for children and adolescents aged 5-17 years; provide training and peer mentorship opportunities to health care providers, paraprofessionals, non-clinical staff, and community members to improve the capacity to care for and support the target population; and ensure children, adolescents and their families have access to community resources and human services that support prevention or, treatment of, and recovery from behavioral health disorders.
