Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital will implement the Lincoln County Bridges to Recovery Program (LCBRP) to reduce morbidity and mortality related to substance use disorder/opioid use disorder in Lincoln County, Oregon.

The Oregon Washington Network Rural Opioid Response Implementation Project is a three year effort to address high rates of opioid use and deaths in Northeast Oregon and Southeast Washington.

The Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center/RCORP Consortium will identify opportunities and gaps in opioid use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery resources as well as workforce and support services in the targeted rural service area of Yamhill County.

As a high-risk, rural community, the long-term goal of this initiative is to reduce the morbidity and mortality associated with substance use disorders, including opioid use disorder, in Tillamook County by strengthening the organizational and infrastructural capacity of multi-sectoral partner
