This session was held for Implementation III grantees who are interested in learning more about how to access and utilize their recently released RCORP Data Dashboards. January Data Coordinator meeting content, which includes strategies for preventing common PIMS errors, is also covered during this session.

This session was held for Implementation 4 grantees preparing for their first PIMS report, but the content is applicable to all RCORP cohorts who are interested in improving their data collection and reporting strategies.

Providers are essential partners in care and have a very important role in reducing the various types of stigmas experienced by those with or recovering from substance use disorder (SUD) and their families; becoming an ally is the first step. Allyship includes a set of beliefs, attitudes, and actions; we will explore a variety of steps that can lead to greater empathy and better outcomes for clients, families, and communities.

This webinar will introduce the newest RCORP program cohorts to the RCOEs, Fletcher Group, University of Rochester, and University of Vermont. These three cooperative agreements are charged with supporting the identification, translation, dissemination, and implementation of evidence-based programs and best practices, in addition to providing specialized TA to RCORP recipients and other rural providers.

The RCORP-Evaluation & RCORP-Technical Assistance teams hosted two webinars on Strategies for Collecting RCORP Data for new Implementation 4, Psychostimulant Support 2, Behavioral Healthcare Support, and MAT Access grantees. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released the Calendar Year (CY) 2023 Physician Fee Schedule. This rule makes policy updates which may increase accessibility of behavioral health services and telehealth services in rural areas. CMS subject matter experts from the Hospital and Ambulatory Policy Group (HAPG) presented on the behavioral health and telehealth updates in the rule during the webinar held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

This webinar provided RCORP grantees with the tools to complete a disparities impact statement, to support efforts to address populations in rural communities that have historically suffered from poorer health outcomes and health inequities as a part of the prevention, treatment, and recovery of SUD/OUD.

During the September 2022 Data Coordinator meetings, many of those who attended expressed interest in learning more about how to use their RCORP data to create a data visualization. Below, you’ll find the recording and slides from the session, Creating Data Visualizations with RCORP Data, held on October 25, 2022.

The webinar held by NASTAD on October 26, 2022, 4:00-5:30pm featured a dynamic discussion on integrating harm reduction principles and practices, including naloxone distribution, safe disposal, and harm reduction supply access, within the community health care setting. Health centers across the country that offer these services as part of comprehensive care shared their experiences and the ways that service expansion can contribute to engagement and care access.

During this welcome webinar, FORHP program coordinator and supervisory grants management specialist will review program guidelines and updates, introduce the Technical Assistance and Evaluation Leads from JBS International, and answer initial questions grantees may have to get started with their projects. The RCORP evaluation team will provide an overview of the objectives of the evaluation, the data that will be collected, and resources available to grantees.
