MOUD/MAT Implementation

The Delta Opioid Taskforce (DOT) Initiative's purpose is to reduce the morbidity and mortality of substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD), in rural communities of the Mississippi Delta.

The RCORP Implementation Program is a multi-year initiative with the goal of reducing morbidity and mortality of SUD, strengthening and expanding SUD/OUD prevention, treatment and recovery and enhancing rural access to treatment and recovery services. Compass Health, Inc.

The project was created to strengthen the CNMI Blue Ribbon Initiative's collective impact initiative of addressing substance use disorders/opioid use disorders with regards to prevention, treatment, and recovery services in the CNMI Community.

Stepworks Recovery Centers' Mobile Unit Project will send a Peer Support Specialist and a Medical Assistant to rural areas in Central Kentucky. Stepworks has created a consortium of MAT providers, behavioral health counselors, and health departments with Syringe Service Programs.

The goal of this project is to improve access and quality of SUD and other behavioral health care services in the rural counties of Panola and Quitman in Mississippi.

Addressing behavioral healthcare needs amongst all native populations.

We will implement a novel sociobehavioral collaboration between rural emergency departments (ED), medical toxicologists at the Georgia Poison Center (GPC), the Georgia Council For Recovery (previously Georgia Council on Substance Abuse), peer recovery coaches, and Recovery Community Organizations

The Chestnut RCORP Consortium will strengthen and expand SUD/OUD prevention, treatment, and recovery services to enhance rural residents’ ability to access treatment in our focus area and support individuals in moving towards recovery.

Our grant focus is on expanding behavioral health and MOUD treatment to Washington County MO. We are focused on prevention, treatment and recovery.
