MOUD/MAT Implementation

Whidbey Island Public Hospital District (dba WhidbeyHealth Medical Center) has partnered with key organizations to plan for the WhidbeyHealth MAT and Behavioral Health Access (MBHA) Project which will address critical gaps in needed services for residents of Whidbey Island.

The Southern Utah Community Opioid MAT Program Accessing Services & Support (COMPASS) program will reduce the morbidity and mortality of substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD), in the rural areas of Washington County, Utah.

Cheatham County is located ~30 miles from Nashville and is designated as a rural county. Cheatham County is a part of one of three High Impact Areas for opioid use disorder interventions in the state of Tennessee.

Increase access to MAT and concurring conditions by expanding services

Integrated Care of Greater Hickory, Inc. (ICGH) treatment centers offer a patient-centered option for those suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use disorders.

UR Medicine is a healthcare delivery system based in Rochester, NY. Through our affiliated rural hospitals and practices, we serve rural and Appalachian communities of Upstate NY with a full range of primary through quaternary health care services.

The purpose of this proposed project is to improve health care in rural areas by establishing 20 new MAT Access Points and increasing the capacity for sustainable MAT services and support services provision in McKinley County, NM.

Goal 1 - Establish new MAT access point(s) to provide both medications and supportive services to individuals with OUD and/or AUD in rural community. Goal 2 - Enhance the MAT workforce through recruitment, training, and the development of peer mentorship networks.

•Establish new MAT access point in Powell, Sheridan, Cody and via Mobile Unit CMHD counties. •Partnership with Powell Drug. •First MAT patient within 6 months.

Workit Health will establish telehealth MAT access points to support individuals experiencing opioid use disorder (OUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) in the targeted rural service areas of Ashland County, Hancock County, and Crawford County, Ohio.
