Effective Leadership for Community Coalitions

This session covered how to engage consortium members in your community from the time you apply for funding through implementation. Further, we discussed communication strategies to maintain engagement with concrete examples and tips and tricks for data collection and forming your consortium. The Steadman Group shared their lessons learned as facilitators for three different RCORP grants so you can lead an effective and participatory consortium.
