2022-2023 Data Coordinator Meetings
The RCORP Data Coordinator meeting series began in July 2022, hosted by RCORP-Evaluation in partnership with RCORP-TA. These meetings provide an opportunity for the JBS RCORP team to work with Data Coordinators and other consortium staff to address topics impacting data quality, reporting and utilization. Discussion in these meetings helps to inform additional webinar sessions and resources, developed to meet grantee needs. You can find the slides from the meetings linked below.

July 2022 Data Coordinator Meetings
We held our kick-off calls for the Data Coordinator meeting series on July 26th and July 28th 2022. Content included an overview of meeting structure, objectives, and some basics on the importance of data quality and what might cause data quality issues to arise.
August 2022 Data Coordinator Meetings
Implementation 1 and MAT: During the August Data Coordinator meetings for Implementation 1 and MAT-Expansion, we covered how to put the data dashboards to use post-RCORP.
Implementation 2, 3, NAS and Psychostimulant Support: During the August Data Coordinator meetings for Implementation 2, 3, NAS and Psychostimulant Support, we covered how to engage consortium members to collect quality data.
September 2022 Data Coordinator Meetings
Implementation 1 and MAT: During the September Data Coordinator meetings for Implementation 1 and MAT-Expansion, we covered how to export data from the data dashboards.
Implementation 2, 3, NAS and Psychostimulant Support: During the September Data Coordinator meetings for Implementation 2, 3, NAS and Psychostimulant Support, we covered planning for data collection and data sharing in the new grant year.
November 2022 Data Coordinator Meetings
During the November 2022 Data Coordinator meetings held on November 29th and November 30th 2022, we covered identifying who is considered a consortium member and retrieving needed data from consortium members.
January 2023 Data Coordinator Meetings
During the January Data Coordinator meetings held on January 24 & 25, 2023, we covered how to prevent common PIMS errors, the data sharing cycle, and continued the discussion of EHRs.
February 2023 Data Coordinator Meeting
The February Data Coordinator meeting, held for Behavioral Health Care Support, MAT Access and Psychostimulant Support 2 grantees, took place on February 27, 2023. During the session, we built upon some of the foundational concepts introduced in the December 2022 “Strategies for Collecting RCORP Data for New Grantees” session.
March 2023 Data Coordinator Meetings
During the March Data Coordinator meetings held on March 28th- March 30th 2023, we covered how to use RCORP data to secure future funds.
May 2023 Data Coordinator Meetings
During the May Data Coordinator meetings held on May 23rd-25th 2023, we covered how to train consortium members on the collecting and reporting RCORP data. You can find the recording from this meeting linked below.

July 2023 Data Coordinator Meetings
