Communication with Stakeholders Webinar Resources

This 3-part webinar series focused on the long-term sustainability of your collaborative’s efforts.  We explored the 8 key ingredients necessary to sustain a program and began thinking about how each of these elements relates to the work of your collaborative. Participants were asked to begin thinking about areas that should be prioritized in order to maximize the consortium’s long-term effectiveness.

This was the third webinar of the sustainability series was held on April 21, 2020. The sustainability webinar focused on using communications to strategically communicate with stakeholders about your collaborative’s work. During this webinar participants:

• Learned what makes something “newsworthy”
• Understood the steps for developing a communications plan 
• Understood the pros and cons of select communications channels
• Understood strategies for generating earned media
